The game first conceived by Alexi Pajitonov decades ago has been incorporated in a two-player format. The rules are simple. One of seven unique blocks at a time will fall from the top of the board and you have to fill up full rows with them, at which time the rows are erased. You get more points for eliminating more rows at a time, and every 10 rows bumps you to the next level where the point values increase, but so does the speed at which the blocks fall. Since it's two-player mode, you can wreak havoc on your opponent by eliminating 2 or more rows, thereby sending some rows of blocks to their screen and making their life a little more difficult. Enhancements to this game are forthcoming, but the basic version works. -Hide n' seek A request was made to include an option for chat room and private message windows to NOT hide when minimized. It's under the Display tab when you go to Options -> Settings on the main window. Just uncheck the two boxes titled "Hide chat rooms on minimize?" and "Hide private messages on minimize?". |
