There are quite a few bugs I am aware of. If you happen to find one, let me know immediately via email, and try to tell me what you were doing at the time and the non-descriptive error message that was generated.
-Hyperlink detection errors For now hyperlinks are detected via the textual values set as flags through the Settings window. When messages include bits of text like ".com", ".edu", or "http", Chatbox will attempt to find the beginning and end of the web address and turn it into a hyperlink. Sometimes it creates hyperlinks where they should not be, other times it cannot correctly identify the beginning or end of a web address, resulting in a hyperlink that does not lead to a valid location. I attempt to fix these issues as they arise, but there is no guarantee I can have all the bugs worked out. |
